Starbucks workers’ union is escalating an indefinite strike to more than 120 stores and 85 cities. Over 11,000 baristas are calling for higher pay, greater staffing levels, and a resolution to hundreds of unfair labour practice accusations ranging from union retaliation to scheduling constraints.
