Hey family and friends,

As many of you know, my mom was diagnosed with Glioblastoma a terminal brain cancer. This started Friday morning, June 6. Since then I’ve had to place mom in a nursing facility and she’s currently on hospice. Many of you also know that I am Moms only child. That said I’ve been doing my best to still be here for my three daughters ages 22;17; &14. I have my middle daughter Kasaa going to begin her freshman year as a Computer Engineering Scholar at FAMU. Keirsi is attempting to take classes online to progress in her degree in Biomedical Engineering @ FAMU, while staying home to help support me with Mom, and Kinara’s freshman year of High School. I have short term disability that I am planning on utilizing, however I’ve used my PTO days and unfortunately I cannot afford to not have income until the seventh day my insurance will begin covering. So most family and friends have reached out asking “what do I need”, and to “let them know what I can do to help?” so I’m PRAYERFULLY asking if you can donate to my goal. This will allow to complete necessary paperwork for mom, Medicaid, finding her burial insurance. It will allow taking time off to navigate this process, household needs, allow me to REST and most importantly be able to spend time with my momma.
