“Wannngeee? I spike the ball! I bounce the ball! Oooo ooo aaa aaa bbzzzztt! GOAAAAAAAALLLLL!! "KRISTIIIII-NE"! YES! YES! YES!”

I often hear the echoes of my days in the Kiyunga village of Uganda as I reminisce about playing sports, singing, and dancing all with the children.

For those of you who know me well, you know that a big piece of my heart is in the Luuka District of Kiyunga, Uganda. I go there often to lead sports camps at 4 different schools in the village. 

I recently learned that the rain season is exceptionally bad this year. Many of the students I work with are very sick with malaria and typhoid and a few are currently hospitalized.  This crisis has strained many of the families I know beyond what they can handle. I am raising funds to support these children and families with their medical expenses. 

I know there is a TON of need in the world right now.  If this speaks to you at all, I would love any support I can get for them. Honestly, even a small amount can go a very long way in Uganda. Thank you for considering these sweet children and families I know and love.
