Help Kiara Secure Legal Support for Custody Battle

Hello, my name is Kiara. I never thought that I would have to do something like this until now. I moved from a small town in Wisconsin to Florida to be with my boyfriend and to pursue modeling. We ended up getting a place together and that’s when things went downhill. I found out I was pregnant and was excited. Things changed, however. His demeanor towards me became physically and mentally abusive. I grew up without a father in my life, so I was hoping things would get better between us for our little family, but they got worse.

Due to the reasons for needing this GoFundMe, I cannot speak on too much, so I am going to fast forward to today. I gave birth to a beautiful little girl on 04/16/25. I was manipulated into believing that we could figure out co-parenting together since we were not working out. I heard a knock on the door, and when I answered it, a woman served me with court documents from my child’s father. My mind was in disbelief because he had been at my home seeing our child at that very moment. Looking back, I realize that I had been manipulated by a very narcissistic person that depleted all my savings while he saved his money. We had agreed on splitting the bills before I even moved to Florida, and for the majority of the time, I have paid them on my own. Since he was able to save money while I paid bills, he was able to obtain an attorney for custody of our child.

I am seeking help with trying to get enough money for an attorney to be able to share my story and make this court hearing fair for both sides. I do understand that I made a choice to move and that is on me, but I literally have no support down here. No family. No friends. Nothing. All funds will be used to obtain an attorney for this battle. Once I get enough, I plan on shutting down the GoFundMe and any leftover money will go to my daughter.
