I'm Kiane - mother of 3, expecting 1 more on the way. Oʻahu born & raised. I am currently beyond struggling to make ends meet due to several debilitating health conditions.

Firstly, I've been experiencing severe nausea and frequent migraines, which both hit like clockwork every 2-3 hours every day since I was about 7 weeks pregnant. I am now 22 weeks along and unfortunately still dealing with these symptoms and more, even though one is typically supposed to be feeling better in the 2nd trimester. This has been the most physically challenging pregnancy for me to the point where I am barely able to function day to day. I have been missing a lot of work every week, even after shortening my hours per doctor's orders. This has put a major financial burden on me and my family. We are desperate for some help.

I am also partially handicapped & dealing with agonizing nerve and muscle pain due to a serious foot issue that I am patiently waiting to get surgery for. Doctors told me that I had to wait till after my baby is born to get this surgery, which would be some time after April 2026. The pain has been worsening EVERY single day - it affects me at random throughout the day, and overnight even when I am asleep. I have pushed for the surgery to be done sooner while still pregnant because of the increasing pain, which feels like a saw to my ankle every time it hurts! I am worried about being able to walk in the coming months and continuing to work my dedicated job I've been with for 8 years, which requires me to be on my feet for the whole shift. The podiatry department recently approved my surgery to be done at the end of January 2026. I will be around 7 months along with my baby by then. Honestly, I'm really scared because I won't be given any anesthesia so that it's a safer procedure for the baby in the womb. I don't know what the pain will be like during or afterwards. The recovery time may take weeks up to months. I am anticipating being out of work for even longer than expected due to the severity and sensitive location of the cyst. I feel that going forward with surgery as soon as possible will be the best decision for me because it's getting harder for me to walk every day, even just around my home. The pain in my ankle is becoming unbearable.

I am so worried about the near future for me and my family. All of my current health problems and drowning in bills already piling up is overwhelming to say the least. I am in no position to file for any more loans, so I am seeking any cash financial help possible. Thankfully, we are okay with groceries for now. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
