Help Khaleeh Get Fair Representation

About Khaleeh
Khaleeh is an 18-year-old from San Diego who is facing a challenging legal battle. He is currently in jail, having spent 30 days incarcerated while his case proceeds. As a devoted single mother, I’m fighting to ensure he gets the fair, compassionate, and competent representation he deserves.

Why We Need Help
Khaleeh has been represented by three public defenders, all of whom recused themselves due to conflicts of interest. This has left him underrepresented during a critical time.
I am a single mom who is employed but is actively seeking a part time employment to provide a down payment for a private attorney and to begin a plan for ongoing payments. I want to secure adequate counsel that will thoroughly review the case, consider mental health factors, and advocate for a fair outcome.
It is my belief that the DA is seeking a harsher outcome that could ruin Khaleeh’s life, and I worry that mental health considerations are not being fully explored.
Co-defendants and others involved allegedly influenced the situation, which I believe underscores the need for independent, strong legal representation for Khaleeh.

Our Goal
To hire an experienced, dedicated defense attorney who will:
Provide robust, independent representation
Thoroughly review all evidence, consider mental health factors, and advocate for a fair resolution
Ensure Khaleeh’s rights are protected throughout the process
Strive for a just outcome rather than a mass punishment

How Your Support Will Help
Legal fees for private defense and expert consultation
Court costs and necessary filings
Transportation and communication expenses related to the case
Community support for Khaleeh’s reintegration and mental health resources

What’s Been Heard
It’s clear that Khaleeh’s situation is not just about a single action but about ensuring a fair process where his rights are respected and mental health considerations are evaluated.
Equal representation is essential so Khaleeh has a chance to present his side and a path to rehabilitation, rather than a sentence that does not reflect the complexities of the case.

How You Can Help
Donate what you can—from a few dollars to larger contributions. Every bit helps secure a fair attorney who can give Khaleeh the best possible defense.
Share this campaign with friends, family, and community groups. Awareness can lead to much-needed support.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing Khaleeh’s story to help us reach more people who may be in a position to assist.

Updates
We will post regular updates about:
The status of Khaleeh’s case
Progress in securing private representation
Any milestones, including court dates, hearings, or new legal developments
Resources for mental health support and family resilience

Thank You
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading Khaleeh’s story and for considering a contribution. Your generosity can help ensure Khaleeh receives the fair, diligent advocacy he deserves and the chance for a brighter future.
