My name is Keyon, and I’m raising funds to help my family and me get back on our feet. Living in DC, it’s nearly impossible to keep a steady job without a vehicle. I’ve been doing everything I can—working with DoorDash, Instacart, and hauling things to junk yards—but without a truck, my options are limited and it’s tough to provide for my loved ones.

Having a truck would open up so many more opportunities. I’d be able to take jobs not just in DC, but in the surrounding areas too. That means I could work more, earn more, and finally pay our bills without having to ask for help. I want to show my family—and my community—that I can stand on my own two feet and give back whenever I can.
