Hi, my name is Kevin.

Asking for help like this isn’t easy, but I’m doing it because my daughter, Scarlett, means everything to me — and because she deserves the chance to grow up surrounded by the people who love her.

I’m currently navigating a difficult family court situation that has significantly limited the time I’m currently able to spend with Scarlett. While there are matters being addressed in family court, I am committed to resolving everything through the proper legal process. Even so, protecting my parental rights and ensuring a fair process requires substantial legal resources.

Over the past 16 months, I’ve worked hard to show up as the best version of myself. I voluntarily sought help to improve my clarity and well-being, committed fully to sobriety, and stayed focused on what matters most: being a steady, loving presence in my daughter’s life.

As things stand now, seeing Scarlett requires driving over 170 miles. If I bring her to spend time with her family — including her sisters — that drive becomes over 340 miles. I’ve been making that drive her entire life, because being her dad has never been optional. She is worth every mile.

Scarlett has three sisters — Lily, Rose, and Violet — whom she has only been able to meet a few times. My hope is that she can grow up truly knowing them, building real relationships, shared memories, and a lasting bond as sisters.

Legal representation is essential in situations like this, but it is also incredibly expensive. The funds raised here will go directly toward:

• Attorney and court-related fees

• Required filings and documentation

• Protecting my custody and visitation rights

I’m not asking for special treatment — only a fair chance to remain an active father and to give Scarlett the opportunity to grow up connected to her family.
