Hello, my name is Jen and I am reaching out for help on behalf of my brother. Although only 45 years old, he has just recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure.

This diagnosis has been a shock to us all and everyone is still processing the information. While there are treatments, medications, and tools to help with this, his lifestyle is about to be changed forever. My brother Kevin is a hard worker and loving father. He is still in the hospital and unable to work, and we do not yet know what his new future will look like.

Our hope is that any donations can aid in providing financial relief for the bills that continue to come in and the medical bills that lie ahead. Stress is a major contributing factor to the health of his heart, and we would like to minimize that as much as possible.
