Help a disabled veteran find housing
$850 raised of
Hello everyone,
My name is Kevin. I’m a disabled Army veteran and a single father of two children. I served for four years under Operation Enduring Freedom, and in the years since my service I’ve been diagnosed with severe PTSD, severe social anxiety, and other service-related mental health disabilities.
Despite these challenges, my focus every day is being the best father I can be.
Recently I went through a difficult custody battle and was granted custody of my son. I am incredibly grateful for that outcome. His safety and stability are my top priority.
As of now we are currently homeless in Phoenix Arizona and are seeking assistance through gofundme and the VA.
This fundraiser is to help me take the next steps for my family.
The funds will go toward:
-Hotel stays
-Moving costs
-Deposits for housing and utilities
After 10 long years, I finally began receiving VA disability. While I am thankful for that support, it is not enough to cover the relocation costs needed to protect my son and build a better life for my children.
I know times are hard for many people, and even sharing this campaign means more than you know. Any support — donations, shares, or words of encouragement — helps my kids and me move toward a safer, more stable future.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any help you’re able to give.
