Over the past year, our beloved coworker and friend, Kendra Brown, a dedicated tech at Griffin Hospital's Childbirth Center, and her Husband Jason have endured heartbreak no family should ever face. Just over a year ago, she tragically lost her daughter in a devastating car accident, a loss that forever changed her family's world.

Now, while still navigating unimaginable grief, her family has been struck with another hardship. Their home, the one she and her husband worked tirelessly to provide and create for their family, suffered a major water leak causing extensive damage. They’ve been told they must leave their home for the next 3 to 6 months. Most of their precious belongings have been destroyed, and the majority of the home needs to be remodeled.

The emotional and financial burden of rebuilding after such loss is overwhelming. As her community, I am asking that we come together and support this wonderful family who gives so much to others every day. Any contribution, big or small, can help ease the devastating financial strain as they work to rebuild their home and restore a sense of stability.
