Meet Kendra Lopez — my cousin, my sister in spirit, and a proud daughter of Trinidad & Tobago. Her heart is as warm as the Caribbean sun, and her strength is unmatched. But right now, Kendra is facing one of the biggest challenges of her life.

Kendra has become paralyzed due to severe medical complications. She now spends her days confined to a hospital bed, relying on others for even the smallest movements. Yet, through all of this — she continues to smile, to fight, and to hold on to hope.

What she needs most now is freedom.

She dreams of simply being able to move on her own again — to roll outside, to feel the breeze, to visit loved ones. This can become possible with your help.
