Help Ken Blood After Foreclosure

My name is Danielle Blood and I'm starting this GoFundMe in hopes to raise money to help out my father, Ken Blood. Due to unfortunate circumstances, he has just lost his home, which was my childhood home, to foreclosure. We have done everything we could to delay and stop the foreclosure, but with him being on disability and the rise of inflation, there was just not enough income to prove to the mortgage company that he could pay the monthly payments.

My parents bought this house in 2007, and we've built our entire life in it. It holds so many memories. We are all in pieces knowing that we're going to have to leave all those behind without a say. On December 10th, 2024, our home was put up for auction and sold, leaving us terrified for what comes next. As of right now, my father is still living in our house, but once everything is finalized and he's forced to leave, he has nowhere to go.

Due to everything happening, he had no choice but to file for bankruptcy, leaving him with no credit to even be approved for any housing. He's in touch with social services trying to figure out something, but who knows what they will find for him. With all of our family here and grandchildren, he'd really like to stay in town. My reasoning for this GoFundMe is to use the money to hopefully help him find shelter and get on his feet once he is forced to leave.

With that being said, if anybody knows anyone with a house for rent for a cheap price and doesn't need a credit report, PLEASE reach out to me and let me know. We are doing everything we can to make sure he has a roof over his head. Prayers are always appreciated. Thank you and happy holidays.
