​I am a native of Kingston, Jamaica. My veteran team and I currently reside in El Paso, Texas, where we are coordinating the logistics and procurement for this mission. Relief funds will be deployed from El Paso to secure supplies (via wholesale purchases) which are then transported or shipped directly to the affected region in Jamaica.

​3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for:

​The initial seven families targeted for immediate relief in Phase 1 of Operation Put Back are my direct family members residing in the area affected by Hurricane Melissa. This personal relationship drives the urgency and commitment of this mission. Funds raised beyond the initial goal will be used for Phase 2, which expands relief to other affected community members and establishes the scalable KemarCanHelp model.

​All funds raised will be dedicated 100% to procuring and distributing immediate survival essentials. The initial goal of $1,400 USD is itemized as follows:

​Procurement of Food & Staples (Approx. $700): Bulk purchases from wholesale suppliers (e.g., Pricesmart) of rice, cooking oil, powdered milk, canned proteins (tuna, mackerel, beans), and staples for 7 families for one week.

​Procurement of Water (Approx. $300): Purchase of approximately 21 cases of bottled drinking water (3 cases per family).

​Procurement of Sanitation & Hygiene (Approx. $180): Bulk purchase of disinfectant, soap bars, toilet paper, and basic hygiene products.

​Logistics & Contingency (Approx. $220): Covers fuel, transportation/shipping costs from El Paso to the point of distribution, and platform processing fees.

​Accountability: Receipts from all wholesale purchases will be documented and available upon request. Funds will be withdrawn by Kemar for the sole purpose of purchasing these listed supplies..
