On Monday, 05/11, my friend Kelsey Rubin and her five children experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed the interior of their home. Kelsey is a devoted mother to four girls (ages 3, 5, 14, and 16) and one boy (age 11). They had only been living in their home for about five months and had just started to settle in when everything was lost.

The fire took away not only their house, but also all of their clothes, essentials, and the comforts that make a home. Kelsey is now facing the overwhelming challenge of finding temporary housing and replacing everything her family needs to get by day to day.
