Help Kelly Get Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS)

Hello! My name is Kelly. I'm a trans woman living in the Midwest seeking gender-affirming care to continue my transition. I am planning to get facial feminization surgery (FFS) in Chicago, but I'm in a tight spot financially. The surgery will cost more than anticipated because some procedures will not be covered by insurance, and my monthly wages have just decreased after AI took over a large part of my job. If I want to continue my transition, wrestle gender dysphoria into submission, and feel better about the person in the mirror, then maybe it's time to ask for help. Requesting financial assistance is something I really didn't want to have to do, but I'm putting that aside and admitting I could use a helping hand. If you can donate -- and please do not donate if it'll cause you any stress or strain -- I would be eternally grateful. With your help, I'll be able to get FFS.

My FFS procedures will be spread out across two or three surgical dates. I hope to get things started before the end of 2025, but the subsequent surgeries will inevitably spill over into 2026.

I have not been given a quote yet. I was told to expect it to be well over $8K, but that's where I've decided to start things off. And in the chance that I raise more than what I need, I swear to donate all remaining money to fundraisers for other trans people seeking gender-confirming care.
