Somerset Armed Forces Day is a free community event bringing together serving personnel, veterans, reservists, cadets, Armed Forces families, emergency services, charities, schools, local organisations and the wider Somerset community.

We are fundraising to help deliver Somerset Armed Forces Day 2026 and keep the event free and accessible for everyone. The day is about saying thank you, celebrating service, raising awareness of Armed Forces life, supporting veterans and military families, and strengthening the links between the Armed Forces community and people across Somerset.

Your donation will help cover the practical costs of running a safe, welcoming and well-organised event. This includes event infrastructure, equipment, safety provision, publicity, accessibility, schools and community engagement, and support for the organisations taking part.
