What We Need

Our library is in desperate need of:

New books for all ages and categories, from children’s picture books to adult nonfiction

Basic library supplies, such as shelving, tables, chairs, and materials for organizing and maintaining our collection

Daily operational items, including cleaning supplies, stationery, and maintenance tools

Updated technology, to continue offering free access and digital services

Support for daily workshops we host for children and adults, covering topics such as reading, arts and crafts, computer & financial literacy, and life skills

In Quitupan, access to education and technology is limited. Our library is often the only place where students can do homework online, adults can access essential services, and families can foster a love for reading. Every peso and dollar donated directly supports this mission.

Tecnología actualizada para poder seguir ofreciendo acceso gratuito a internet y otros servicios digitales

Apoyo para los talleres diarios que organizamos para niños y adultos sobre lectura, arte, computación y habilidades para la vida

Por qué es importante

En Quitupan, el acceso a la educación y a la tecnología es limitado. Nuestra biblioteca es, muchas veces, el único lugar donde los estudiantes pueden hacer sus tareas en línea, los adultos pueden acceder a servicios importantes y las familias pueden fomentar el amor por la lectura. Cada peso o dólar donado se usará directamente para apoyar esta misión.
