Help Keep Our Neighbour & Her Children Safe

One week. That's all the time it took for our new neighbour — a brave, mum who has just arrived in this country with her young son and daughter — to become the target of a hate crime.

She came here to build a better life for her family. She has barely had a chance to unpack. And in just seven days, she has already had her windows smashed in a targeted attack.

She is a Black Muslim woman, here alone with two children and no wider support network around her. She should be feeling welcomed. Instead, she is feeling frightened in the place that is supposed to be her home.

As her neighbour, I am not willing to stand by and do nothing.

I am raising funds to help pay for:

✅ CCTV cameras — so that anyone who targets her again is caught on camera

✅ A secure fence — to give her family a physical barrier and some peace of mind

No family should be made to feel unsafe in their own home. No child should go to bed scared because of hatred and ignorance.
