Our electricity is going to be shut off on September 30th and we're at risk of eviction in early October.

I was in the process of getting us back on our financial feet after a period of unemployment after separating from the military when my government contract job ended unexpectedly. Due to that, we're in the situation that we're in. My next job doesn't start until October 15th, no one that I've applied to for an interim job has hired me, and my son and his boyfriend (who are both trans) have been denied employment everywhere they've applied to.

Any donation made to this fundraiser will go towards keeping the lights on and keep a roof over our heads. The three of us and our pug are forever grateful for any donations or sharing of our fundraiser. It would mean the world to us if you could help a veteran and his family out.
