Hello, first I would like to say that our GoFundMe has zero money because it was used for us to survive. For all those that are keeping count of the money.

Now I would like to share our story

Our home of 11 years underwent an inspection and failed due to the landlord's negligence over time, resulting in the property getting abated and deemed unlivable. As a participant in a specific program, my children and I were required to vacate the premises. While leaving I sought assistance but unfortunately because of the circumstances Children Protective Services were notified instead. So now given their involvement, If I'm unable to provide a safe environment like shelter, food, and transportation to ensure their daily school attendance during our transition period, my children may be removed and separated. On top that the home we had the landlord took back because for the last 5 weeks we've been trying to get it inspected and they've been saying each week that they will come out but they never came out. So as a result of this he doesn't want to go through the program or wait any longer and now we have to start the process over again. During this time we have been struggling to come up with money to stay in a hotel. Unfortunately, we lack the support system/funds for a situation like this at this time. So I am reaching out to our community for help and support. Any assistance is welcome and greatly appreciated, as it will directly contribute to keeping my family safe and together until we're stable in a new home. Your support means everything to us, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide during this critical period.
