For years, Circle Players has been a home for creativity, connection, and community in Madison and the greater Nashville area. We are a small nonprofit with a big mission: to make live theater accessible, welcoming, and meaningful—for performers, audiences, and neighbors alike.
Today, we are asking for help because we are on the brink of closing our doors.
Like many community arts organizations, we’ve been hit hard by rising costs and declining resources. Rent, production expenses, utilities, and basic operating costs have increased faster than our ability to keep up. We have stretched every dollar, relied on volunteers, cut expenses wherever possible, and continued to show up for our community—but we are now at a point where we cannot survive without support.
If Circle Players closes, it won’t just be the loss of a theater company, it will mean:
- Fewer opportunities for local artists to perform and grow
- One less safe, creative space for our community to gather
- The end of a nonprofit built on passion, inclusion, and storytelling
We believe theater matters. It builds empathy. It gives people a voice. It brings neighbors together. For many involved with Circle Players, this organization has been more than a stage—it’s been a lifeline, a family, and a place to belong.
Your donation is not just a contribution—it is a lifeline.
Every gift, no matter the size, helps us keep the lights on, pay essential bills, and continue producing community theater in Madison/Nashville. This fundraiser is about survival, yes—but it’s also about preserving something meaningful for future audiences and artists.
If you’ve ever attended a show, volunteered, performed, or believe in the power of local arts, we ask you to stand with us now. And if you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.
Thank you for believing in Circle Players.
Thank you for helping us keep the circle unbroken.
With gratitude and hope,
Circle Players Nonprofit
