Help Keep Cruz, Cruising ‍

Hi, my name is Joline Proud aunt of Cruz, Leo and Sister of Fabian and Casey Archuleta.

I’m reaching out on behalf of our immediate family members who have sustained overwhelming challenges; our beloved siblings are a family of 6, 2 adults, 4 children, (2 of whom are full time special needs). Though they are a resilient family, they’ve recently been but have been drowned in adversity. As parents our children are priority #1 and can only imagine what our brother & sister are going through currently, our nephew 13 year old Cruz was admitted to Wolfson's hospital in St. Augustine, Florida for heart complications and eventually flatlined, god willing he was revived but was only the beginning to a longline of complications, Cruz was hospitalized February 16th - May 2nd and then placed in Brooks rehabilitation hospital May 2nd - June 1st. In all Cruz had a total of 3 open heart surgeries, leaving our little hero on ecmo/ ecls machine, a heart valve replacement and a long road of recovery and/or rehabilitation ahead. Well their story doesn’t end here, during this process they was in process of purchasing a new home and have had major difficulties with the builder’s and contractors completing the home and getting them to correct their errors so they can receive clearance from the city inspector’s to move in, well now the city requires a wheelchair ramp for Cruz and our family is struggling to assist them with all these expenses all at once while staying above water with day to day living and put food on the table. We please ask for anything that you might be able to send them and help a much deserving family currently in need of assistance, thank you!
