Help Kayla and Justin pay for their Surrogacy

My name is Christine, and I have started this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend of over 15 years Kayla.  Kayla is the kindest person I’ve ever known. 

Kayla and her husband Justin have been trying to have a baby for over 5 years.  They have experienced loss, heartache, and grieving throughout the process.  After 2 egg retrievals, 5 unsuccessful rounds of IVF, 1 chemical pregnancy, and the loss of their daughter Layla at 19 weeks when Kayla went into premature labor, they have decided to turn to surrogacy. 

Justin’s selfless cousin (and mother of 4) has offered to be their surrogate, however insurance does not cover anything surrogate related here in Rhode Island, and she lives across the country from them.  The total cost for Kayla and Justin out of pocket with be close to $50,000 to have her carry their baby. 

They have 6 little embryos left, and are looking for help to bring one into this world in the safest way possible.
