Katie is starting this fundraiser for her grandma, who has been through so much in a short time. After recently losing her husband, Katie’s grandma had to sell her home and move into a smaller place just to try to make ends meet. Even with that change, she is still struggling to afford her bills and basic needs. The home she moved into was all she could afford but even though it is brand new bought in January this house feels and looks like a used house things, but it is in very poor condition and falling apart. One of the doors does not fit correctly, and when it rains, water comes inside there is water damage and one of the sinks we had to call someone to come and fix it and the lining on the walls are peeling away popping out and making it look like a dump. Katie is with her grandma every day and sees firsthand how overwhelming and upsetting this has been to her grandma Katie's grandma is also in poor condition with very bad health conditions and unable to work.

The donations from this fundraiser will help Katie’s grandma with the things she needs most right now: fixing the door, paying bills, buying groceries, and making repairs to the trailer so it can be safer and more comfortable to live in. Katie is asking for help to make sure her grandma can feel safe, cared for, and supported during this difficult time.
