Please help Katie & 4 kids - emergency assistance

Hi, my name is Sharon.   I am fundraising for my daughter Katie & my grandchildren.

My daughter Katie was court-ordered to move out of the home she & her husband purchased by her husband who made false accusations against her (the allegations were thrown out of court).

She was forced to move to a hotel room temporarily with 4 children. She couldn’t afford to continue to pay for the hotel room & cannot afford to move to an apartment. She does have a job but it doesn’t pay enough for her to get into an apartment.  As a result, my daughter and my 4 grandchildren are currently all living in a women’s homeless shelter.

Her husband owes her money which she desperately needs to pay for food, find a place to rent & help with some of her legal fees. He is refusing to pay the money he owes her (which is part of her legal fight) & he has not paid child support.

Katie owns a business (she does permanent makeup) and her office is in their 6 bedroom home where he is residing & he refuses to let her use her office to see clients so she is working at a restaurant.

She requested an emergency hearing it was denied and so they will be living in a homeless shelter for at least another month unless something drastic happens.

She really needs a hand up right now. She & the kids are in a tough position.
