Our son, Kale, was diagnosed with a urinary obstruction in the womb. He has had damage to both of his kidneys, his entire urinary system, and was previously diagnosed with Prune-Belly syndrome (damage to his abdominal wall from his bladder swelling). He spent 2 weeks in the NICU in Orlando, came home for a week, and was admitted again into Arnold Palmer Hospital two days ago. His electrolytes are at critical levels and doctors have not been able to figure out why his kidneys and urinary system are taking a turn for the worst. He's undergoing a lot of testing currently, multiple surgeries are being planned, and we have no idea on his discharge date.

Kales father is a Brevard County Firefighter and has no choice but to return back to work this week. We can't stay at the hospital overnight with him any longer so we will have to be consistently driving back and fourth to Orlando until we get him home. We are asking for anything anyone can give to get through this hard period of time, pay medical bills, and allow Kales dad to take off work to be here for the surgeries.
