Help Kaison Reunite with His Newborn Son
Donation protected
We are James and Tabitha Ayers, we have initiated this fundraiser for Kaison, our middle child and youngest son. Kaison is the father of a beautiful baby boy who is approximately 2 months old. Kaison is a devoted father who has spent every moment he can with his newborn son.
Two weeks ago the relationship abruptly ended therefore ending any contact with his son.
Kaison was present at the birth of his son and has been by his side up to this point. The recent break up with David’s mother has taken a negative turn for the baby David and Kaison. As if this wasn’t hard enough, a new battle is now underway, and it is intensifying! It is crucial that Kaison's voice as a father is not silenced. This baby boy means the world to him! A father has a right to see his child even though a relationship has ended between the two parents. Kaison will be leaving for the Air Force January the 14th a decision that was made by both Kaison and the mom before David was even born to be able to provide a stable future for David., Many hardworking fathers in America understand that this is an unprecedented struggle, one that no one would wish upon even their worst enemy.
If you are familiar with Kaison, you know of his selflessness as a father and as a human being. His closest allies have done everything in their power to support him, but he would greatly benefit from your help. Due to the expenses associated with the ongoing custody battle, we respectfully ask that Kaison and us, as his parents, do not have to face this alone.
Kaison is one of the most diligent young men I have ever encountered. He possesses an exceptional work ethic, is a remarkable hands-on father, and has made every effort to handle the situation with the baby's mother privately, but that is no longer feasible.
We kindly seek any assistance you can offer, whether it be financial support, spreading awareness of his situation globally, or simply keeping them in your thoughts and prayers.
All monetary donations will be allocated solely for legal fees, both current and future. These funds will be utilized for his legal representation and fees to enable Kaison to be a part of his son's life and spend time with him before his departure on January 14. Any surplus funds will be safeguarded in a trust fund account for potential future legal expenses related to his son. Kaison was initially hesitant when he learned that I initiated this fundraiser as he values his privacy. However, once the target is achieved, he pledges to pay it forward by providing his attorney with a retainer and assisting the next deserving father who cannot afford to initiate such a legal battle, granting them a fighting chance and instilling hope.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation, and may you all be blessed by God.
