Kai is nearing completion of his time in Scouting and his Eagle Project. He wants to serve his community of Oakdale by installing a seating bench in Wood Park so people can relax near the center of town - also a popular place for events and gatherings.

The City of Oakdale has provided the metal bench but to properly install it he needs to dig, level, frame the slab, mix and pour concrete, instal the required bolts, and finish the surface - including all preparation and clean up. These materials (wood, concrete, etc.) he will be supplying on his own and fundraising is a required part of the process. He will utilize funds from his scouting account but needs a little help to get it across the finish line!

While Kai is hard at work on planning with the city, organising the labor, and securing the needed equipment and materials, we are asking for a little help from his family, friends, and community.
