Help Juliet and her kids feel safe and resilient

Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I'm here to raise money for my lovely, kind and artistic friend, Juliet. Juliet was approved for and put a deposit down on an apartment in central Austin, which will allow her daughter to be within walking distance of her school as well as provide Juliet an opportunity to work full-time. I believe in community, and my friend has been hit by several barriers including a rent spike in Austin, she and her son lost wages due to having recent and symptomatic cases of COVID, and she has been assisting her mother, who is dealing with a progressing Alzheimer's diagnosis. Juliet needs to move before Feb. 28, and she is short of meeting her goal for moving fees and expenses. She does not have the security deposit or first month's rent due to several catastrophic instances including lost wages due to Austin's most recent ice storm.

Juliet is kind, hardworking and a multi-disciplinary artist. She is a captivating photographer, who is willing to give mini photo shoots in the Bluebonnets, to those who are willing to donate $50-$100, and live in the Austin area. She will also shoot an upcoming, local wedding or engagement shoot, for anyone interested in donating $1000. Juliet was a photographer at my wedding and was also helpful in crafting bouquets and providing a loving presence on the day. I have seen her give so much to others, recommend herbs for holistic healing, interpret dreams, help children, care for dogs, tend to her garden, share produce with others and tend to chickens of her own and her friends.
