Recently, I experienced a traumatic event on Halloween while picking up my 15-year-old daughter from a party. Upon arriving home, I was unexpectedly assaulted by a group, resulting in multiple injuries to my face, including a significant fracture in my right foot. Medical professionals have advised me to stay off my foot completely until further evaluation by a specialist, leaving me uncertain about when I can return to work. As the sole provider for my family, this situation has placed a considerable financial strain on us. I am deeply grateful that my wife and oldest child were not harmed during the incident.
