My name is Julia Grodensky, I’ll be 20 years old in a week and I am trying to create a better city. Rochester NY has a very high homeless population. We have extreme weather conditions and this winter has been particularly bone-chilling. So far, I have spent 215$ in brand new winter clothing and weather-proof gloves and would love the opportunity to continue this journey to purchase even more items to donate.

When times were tough for me and my family, there was always somebody to help me get what I needed. Clothing, sports equipment, emotional support, food, anything I needed. I want nothing more than to spread the same kindness I received from so many.
