Julio, a Florida EMT who went to New York City to transport coronavirus patients, came back to Florida only to find out he was being evicted because of his Home Owners Association. His house sustained damage in Hurricane Irma and Michael and has been living under a roof with black mold. He doesn't have the money to fix the problem and the HOA is not working with him.
