Help Josue Reunite with His Son

Hi, my name is Josue, I’m a father, a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served for 12 years, a small business owner, and currently an MBA candidate at Dallas Baptist University. I’ve dedicated my life to serving my country, bettering myself, and most of all being the best father I can be. But now, I’m in the hardest battle of my life, fighting for the right to be present in my son's life.

After more than 7months of court proceedings, I’ve just been told my custody hearing has been pushed another seven months out, with no resolution until December. In the meantime, I’m being forced to pay for supervised visits just to spend time with my child, even though every official investigation has cleared me of wrongdoing.

Here’s the truth they’re trying to ignore:

I currently raise a 10-year-old boy and two young girls — all of whom live with me and are thriving.

Yet despite all of this, I’m still treated like a threat in court. It’s heartbreaking. And worse, this isn’t the first time I’ve faced false allegations from the same individual. Years ago, those same lies led to the end of my military career and caused me to be honorably discharged after 12 years of faithful service in the U.S. Army. I served with pride, discipline, and sacrifice and yet my life has been repeatedly attacked with no accountability for the damage caused.

Now, I’m up against a biased therapist with personal ties to the opposing legal team. Based on my experience and those of multiple families I’ve found and spoken with, this individual has a disturbing pattern of manipulating outcomes to serve one side. I’ve also been completely shut out of decisions regarding my son’s medical and therapeutic care, and a new narrative is being pushed that he has a learning disability, a claim unsupported by any credible professional evaluation.

This campaign will help me cover:

Legal representation to keep fighting for custody

Supervised visitation fees

Expert witnesses and depositions to challenge false claims

Independent evaluations for the truth to come out

Continued documentation and court motions to restore fairness

But this is about more than just my case.

My long-term mission is to start a nonprofit that advocates for equal parental rights because no loving parent should be silenced, alienated, or destroyed by a biased and broken system. This fight is for every mother, every father, every child caught in the middle of injustice.

This is about truth. This is about parenthood. This is about justice.
