Help Josh & Tracy Rebuild their home

Hi there! My name is Brooke and I am fundraising for my brother Josh Christianson and his family. Josh and Tracy have three kiddos that are 12, 8, and 18 months. As some of you may know, on July 6th, Josh and Tracy lost their home to a fire. They had just packed for a family trip and left the house that morning. They were going to meet my family and several others for a big campout in South Dakota. A few hours into their drive, they received a call from the Savannah Fire Department informing them that their house had burned. The structure was a total loss. We are forever grateful that no people were harmed in the fire (thank you- thank you-thank you) but their two fur babies perished that day. Izzy was a 12 year old Shih-Tzu and Stampy was a young, loving, huge Great Pyrenees. Losing pets is so hard on its own but add to that the loss of everything you own. Of course, they are devastated.

All I can do is look around every room in my house and think of all the little things I would have to replace. I'm not talking about the obvious stuff like beds and furniture. I'm talking about the things in your drawers, the kids toys and crayons and games. All of the pictures and wall hangings. Also the things we take for granted all the time like that extra pair of slippers we wear outside or your favorite book and blanket on the couch or the jar of pens on the counter. I don't even know how to help at this point so I am sending this out to all of you for support. It is all very overwhelming right now but I hope this can reach enough people to ease some of the anxiety around the process as they try to move forward.

They are in the process now of getting the house debris cleared away so they can begin to rebuild. As you know, rebuild costs can add up quickly, especially in today's crazy world, so anything during this tough time for Josh & Tracy would be so helpful. If a donation cannot be made, we would absolutely love it if you could share their story to help ease some of the financial burden ahead.

All proceeds will be used for current and future household replacement expenses. All the things insurance doesn't cover and all the things we don't really think about like I mentioned above.

My Family wants to thank everyone for reaching out so far; Josh, Tracy, LeeAndrew, Katarina and Bella greatly appreciate the love and support. We are all hoping for a speedy rebuild so that the kids can get back to a normal life. Well, as normal as possible with parents like Josh & Tracy!! Just kidding!
