Help Josh Give a Voice to Those in Need

Hi! My name is Josh. When I loved someone in active addiction I lost my voice. Now I want to make sure no one else loses theirs.

So many of us know the pain and heartache that comes with watching someone struggle with addiction, homelessness, hunger - and we don’t know how to help. We know these loved ones are more than a statistic - everyone has a story. So what can we do?

I have an extensive background in major motion pictures and film. I’ve put together a project for local television: every week we meet someone that is struggling - we work with them to tell their story, connect them with resources and professionals that may feel out of reach to them, and then we work with local sponsors to come up with funds to give them a leg up to make their journey back to re-entering society just a bit easier.

There has been major interest not only locally, but nationally, in getting this project off the ground. I’m looking for help of my own to make it a reality.

The person I loved relapsed, and when he did, I lost my home. I’m looking for enough funds to get a place to stay and be able to devote all of my time to this project and make it a reality.
