I have the privilege of participating in the 2020 All State Football game. The mission of the All State Football game is to encourage more parents to get involved with foster care. This year we are raising funds to provide backpacks to those in Foster Care. Most often when the kids arrive in Foster Care, they come with their belongings in nothing but a garbage bag.
As a player, my goal is to raise $3,500.00 and with the generosity of BSN SPORTS, I will be able to purchase over 150 backpacks that will go directly to foster kids here in our Idaho communities. With the COVID-19 pandemic we were not sure we would be able to have the event this year and just found out, it is a go. Therefore, I need to raise these funds by the 16th of June. That gives us 10 days (I HAVE EXTENDED THE FUNDRAISER THROUGH THIS WEEKEND 6/21) Your generosity is much appreciated.
My passion for Foster Care is quite personal, as my little sister came to our family through the Foster Care Program. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Please help us bring awareness to the over 450,000 Foster Kids Nation wide and provide support to the over 1800 kids in foster care right here in Idaho.
