Jose Gálvez is a wonderful father and an amazing friend and a wonderful partner to Guadalupe. He is the head of house hold providing for Fiance Guadalupe and his daughter. Jose and Guadalupe had plans to get married, they had started to make plans and keep growing the family as well

Unfortunately on Sunday 10/26/25 Jose Galvez was in a vehicle that’s was stopped for an inspection of Identification, When they asked for proof of status he couldn’t provided it.

he is currently being detained in Tacoma Washington, we are in the process of retaining a lawyer and this puts a hardship on Guadalupe because retaining a immigration lawyer is going to cost. Without Jose being able to work, they can run the difficulties of losing their home, and not having enough to live. This total is about the average of what they lawyers we have spoken with want to charge. This does not include any living expenses and travel expenses that can come in the near future. The facility is about 3.5 hours away. His court date is set for 11/17/25. Guadalupe is heart broken and has been without seeing her Fiance! His daughter cries and screams for her daddy do come home. She is 4 doesn’t understand the concept of this world we live in! Even if you can’t donate please share this story and to anyone that can spread the word. Desafortunadamente el día Domingo 10/26/25 José iba en un vehículo de acompañante cuando fue parado el vehículo para que les pregunte por su identificaciónes. José no podía proveer ningún documento que fuera comprado su status legal aquí.

El al momento está detenido en Tacoma Washington estamos en el proceso de contratar un abogado. Lo malo es que es muy costoso. Esto pone en una situación con dificultad financiera a Guadalupe. Sin el trabajo y las finanzas que probé José, les pone en peligro que pierdan su hogar y sus gastos de día a día. El total es más oh menos los que no quieren cobrar un abogado. Esto no incluye los gastos de viaje de Tacoma está a 3.5 horas en vehículo.

La fecha de corte es el 11/17/25, Guadalupe está desecha y con el corazón partido. Su hija llora a gritos que donde está su papi. Ella no entiende tiene 4 años. No entiende que este mundo es muy cruel.

One bad news Jose Galvez was forcefully moved to a different facility all the way to New Mexico. In Cibola county, Now means we need to try to retain a different lawyer in that state and more travel expenses for his court date. The good news is he was not by force deported without his proper day with a judge in court. We hope you can share to help keep this family together. His daughter is having separation anxiety and cries everyday for her daddy! It breaks everyone’s hearts.
