At just 35 years old, our lifelong best friend, Jordan Burke, has been given the devastating news that he has Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Jordan’s Story
What began last year as a loss of feeling in his right hand was thought to be carpal tunnel syndrome. After MRI scans and surgery, his symptoms never improved. Months later, still without answers, Jordan was referred to a nerve specialist who was deeply concerned about his muscle loss. A neurologist then confirmed the unthinkable: Jordan has Motor Neurone Disease.
The Impact
In only a matter of weeks, Jordan’s right arm has wasted away completely. He can no longer lift a drink with his right hand, put on a t-shirt, or hold his children the way he used to. For someone so young, so strong, and so full of life, this is utterly devastating.
Jordan is a devoted husband to Nicole and an incredible dad to Jude and Blayke. Despite this cruel diagnosis, he remains determined to go back to work and provide for his family — his strength and resilience are truly inspiring.
Why We Need Your Help
MND is a brutal disease, and sadly, time is precious. My wish is to raise money so Jordan, Nicole, Jude, and Blayke can focus on what truly matters: spending quality time together, creating beautiful memories, and enjoying life without constant financial worry.
Every penny raised will go directly to helping them make the most of the time they have — whether that’s a family holiday, days out with the kids, or simply easing the burden of everyday life.
How You Can Help
Please, if you are able to, consider donating to support Jordan and his family during this unimaginably difficult time. No amount is too small — every donation will make a difference.
If you can’t donate, please share this page with others. Together, we can give Jordan and his family the love, support, and memories they so deeply deserve.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity.
