Help Jordan appeal and fight for justice

My name is Bethany Caldwell and I am Destiny Ferguson’s sister. It is very hard to ask for help but after spending every cent she has($20,000) on court fees and lawyers to win full custody of my nephews she now needs help appealing. This has been a 10 month battle for her children when they were wrongfully taken from her back in February. The judge just ruled 50/50 custody for her children with her narcissist ex, even after exposing the lies and abuse. They are also holding her children medically hostage by giving all medical decisions to their pediatrician. This is against our constitutional rights! I know the system is dated, but allowing a small town judge to legally take her voice by adding to his judgment that she cannot speak out about the abuse continuously endured by her ex partner (because although she never names him her tik tok went viral) or the courts decision, he is legally trapping her in the cycle of abuse after she’s provided him with ample evidence of this man’s lying, manipulation, breaking court orders, threatening her on recording, slandering her, alienating her children, recordings of the children afraid, etc; the judge awards 50/50. Im not saying the system always gets it wrong but in this case they most certainly did. This is a man who has slandered her by name every chance he gets, hacked into her home security cameras to spy on her, teaches her children to call his gf mama and her by her name, withheld the children on her appointed days, threatens and undermines her…..how this man wins 50/50 custody I don’t understand. Legally silencing someone victimized by their child’s co-parent, trapping them with them and trying to take their voice by silencing their story and pleas for help is an egregious miscarriage of Justice. Sometimes the system gets it wrong for whatever (although hard to imagine) reason. I refuse to let them take her voice. She has 30 days to file an appeal and has to have $10,000 to start the full cost will be $30,000 as she was quoted from the potential appellate lawyer. If you feel led and can financially help she would be so appreciative and if you can’t then we appreciate you caring and sharing this if possible. If not, prayers and shares are definitely welcome! She is not perfect but she’s a loving and hard working mother who needs help to appeal this for her boys. She has raised them since the day they were born, and was a hardworking, doting, single mama after he walked out on her family to live with her best friend. Let’s bring them home, stop this cycle and keep the justice system accountable.
