My name is Joni, and I'm reaching out for help as I work to create a better life for myself and my kids. Not long ago, we found ourselves with nowhere to go, and I knew I had to make a change for our future. Since then, I've been doing everything I can to get us back on track, but it's been a struggle. With recent budget cuts for homeless support and constantly being redirected by different services, finding stability has felt out of reach at times.


Despite these challenges, I'm proud to say that I've started working with a counselor, and I've noticed a real improvement in my depression and anxiety. This has given me hope and the determination to keep moving forward, but we still need a helping hand to get through this difficult period. The funds raised will go directly toward first and last month's rent, a deposit for a new place, daily food, clothes for myself and my kids, shoes for my kids (they already have boots), and bus fare so we can get around. Your support will help us meet our basic needs and give us the chance to start fresh.
