My name is Jon. I’m a husband, a father of two, and a stepfather to two more. I’m doing everything I can to walk the right path — but I need help.
I used to live a very different life. I was part of a motorcycle club, made choices I regret, and I take full responsibility for them. I’ve since walked away from that world to be a better man — a better father, husband, and person.
Today, I’m focused fully on my family. My wife and I just welcomed a newborn baby (she’s 3 months old), and I’m raising my son with special needs alongside my two stepchildren. We live modestly and carefully, but right now, we’re facing a financial wall I can’t climb alone.
I’m currently on probation for charges tied to my past. To stay compliant and avoid jail, I must complete a few court-ordered steps:
• $160 in overdue probation fees
• $250 for a state-mandated risk reduction program
• $200 for a required clinical evaluation
Total: $610
I’ve exhausted every resource. I have no family to turn to, and my probation officer isn’t able to offer flexibility. I’m doing everything I can to stay on track, but this financial burden is too much on my own.
I’m not asking for a handout. I’m asking for a hand up — so I can keep being there for my children, staying compliant with the law, and continuing on the better path I chose.
If you can donate anything — even a small amount — or simply share this, you’re helping a father stay free, stay present, and stay committed. That means everything to me and my family.
Thank you for reading this. And thank you for believing people can change.
With gratitude,
Jon
