John has been homeless once before and managed to get himself off the streets by working hard despite many setbacks like violence and theft. He’s recently become homeless again, but he’s not giving up. John is newly sober and has a massive heart—he’s the kind of person who’s always looking out for others, even when he’s struggling himself. He’s hesitant to accept handouts unless they directly help him lift himself out of his situation, so we’re helping him on his journey to stability.

Right now, John needs a safe place to stay so he can focus on finding a job without the constant threat of violence or theft. Having stable housing would give him the security and peace of mind he needs to rebuild his life. Every dollar raised will go directly to providing John with shelter, giving him the foundation he needs to move forward and work toward a better future.
