SMSgt (ret) John Trostle, a former AC-130 Loadmaster and Special Missions Aviator, underwent a routine surgical procedure during early February 2022, after which complications led to multiple emergency surgeries being required. Due to the severe pain associated with John’s disorder, Melanie has been forced to take a leave of absence from work which is now approaching 3 weeks. If his body heals well, John will have surgery in April to address the complications that have arisen and hopefully bring a close to this chapter. 

 

All proceeds from this fundraiser will

be used to help the Trostle family meet their living expenses during John’s recovery. Family has traveled to assist Melanie balance both household and hospital needs, but this has further increased their financial burden. Any donation amount is appreciated and will go directly to John and Melanie.
