Help Joe and Maribeth make their dream come true!

As many of you know, my brother and his wife, Maribeth, have been trying for over 4.5 years to start a family, which has been unsuccessful. They have been through extensive fertility treatments and Maribeth has had to have several surgeries with no apparent reason for infertility. It has become apparent that they will need help in order to attempt to have a biological child- by way of using a surrogate. One of my closest friends has (amazingly,) agreed to carry for them! However, they have already spent large sums of money during the fertility treatment process. Any help and assistance you can provide to help this very costly dream of theirs to become a reality,  would be much appreciated. The love they can give to their child would be unconditional and I would love nothing more than to be an aunt!
