My sweet baby brother, Jolandis “Joe”, was just diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (aka. ALL). We are still trying to wrap our heads around it as he tries to come to terms with his new reality. Tests are still underway, and he and his mom are staying positive. We are putting it in God’s hands. He will be in the hospital for several weeks at the minimum as he undergoes chemotherapy. His mother has not left his side for a single night. If you know Joe and his mom, they are the kindest, most loving human beings you will ever meet. Friends and loved ones have asked how they can help. Right now, they need some of the most basic items, but also some things that you could just never expect needing until faced with this kind of situation. Additionally, PRAYERS!! We need PRAYERS and we will take all that we can get. Thank you to everyone who has prayed, called, stopped by, sent cards, messages, etc. We are so GRATEFUL.
