Jody has recently taken an important step toward building a better future for herself and her family. She is currently working part-time while also attending school to earn her Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate. She is determined to create stability and new opportunities through her education and hard work.

Unfortunately, the childcare assistance program she relied on has recently been frozen due to the loss of COVID-19 funding. As a result, Jody has unexpectedly lost the support that helped cover the cost of childcare.

The cost of childcare is $170 per week, and over the next nine months, this expense will place a significant financial strain on both Jody and our family as we try to support her while she works and completes her training.

We are asking for any help that others may be willing to give during this temporary but challenging time. Every contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward childcare so Jody can continue working, attending school, and staying on the path she has worked so hard to begin.
