As a fitness instructor and online coach, Joanna’s journey began in the heart of her Melbourne community, where she was encouraged to try her hand at HYROX.

What followed was nothing short of extraordinary - in the space of just 3 months, she shattered multiple World and Australian records in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane across the Women’s PRO Singles, Open, and Relay categories.

Now ranked as the 4th fastest female in HYROX history and the top Australian competitor, Joanna has earned her place among the top 15 HYROX athletes worldwide.

This incredible achievement has secured her an invitation to the prestigious 2024/25 Invitational Majors in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, and Glasgow.

But to make history and become the first Australian female to break into the Elite 15 at the HYROX World Championships, Joanna needs our help.
