<div>As a fitness instructor and online coach, Joanna’s journey began in the heart of her Melbourne community, where she was encouraged to try her hand at HYROX.

<div>What followed was nothing short of extraordinary - in the space of just 3 months, she shattered multiple World and Australian records in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane across the Women’s PRO Singles, Open, and Relay categories.

<div>Now ranked as the 4th fastest female in HYROX history and the top Australian competitor, Joanna has earned her place among the top 15 HYROX athletes worldwide. 
</div>

<div>This incredible achievement has secured her an invitation to the prestigious 2024/25 Invitational Majors in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, and Glasgow.
