Help Their Beloved Jinx Get Back on His Paws After Being Hit by a Car

Today, August 31st, my good friend and her family's world was turned upside down when their sweet family dog, Jinx, was tragically hit by a car. The accident left him with severe injuries, and he is now facing a long and challenging road to recovery.

Jinx is more than just a pet to them; he is a cherished member of their family. Losing him is unthinkable, and they are doing everything they can to give him a fighting chance. He is currently in critical condition and has already undergone emergency care. The veterinarians have identified several serious injuries that require immediate and costly treatment, including:

• Three pelvic fractures that will require extensive surgery to repair.

• A detached retina in his right eye, which will possibly need to be removed due to severe trauma.

The veterinary bills are mounting rapidly, and the total cost for his surgeries, specialized care, and ongoing rehabilitation is estimated to be $10,000-14,000. This is a financial burden they simply cannot manage on their own. I am making this to try and help them get through this tough time.
